Heart & Hammer was born long before it had a name or a website.
It started as a family commitment to showing up for people — locally and abroad — with time, energy, supplies, and compassion.
Today, Heart & Hammer is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving communities experiencing poverty, food insecurity, displacement, and crisis.
We find strength in family and community — and we extend that strength outward to those who need it most.
